Subscriptions Policy

The following document outlines the terms of use of the Sharpen.design premium subscription, including cancellations and refunds. Prior to subscribing to any of the paid Sharpen.design services, you are required to read, understand, and agree to the terms on this page. Do not subscribe to any premium or paid Sharpen.design website services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The column on the right of this page provides a summarized explanation of the terms of use, and is not legally binding.
Description of Service
Sharpen.design, which is operated by Vault Labs LLC, (“Sharpen”, “Sharpen.design”, “Vault Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides an educational utility and platform via its website (the “Generator”, the “Site”) to both unregistered and registered users (“users” or “you”) to engage in a variety of activities. Access to premium features and content (individually and collectively, the “Premium Services”) require a premium subscription ("Premium Subscription" or "Premium Subscriptions") and compliance with the policies ("Subscriptions Policy") outlined on this page.

We offer a bunch of different services on Sharpen. Some require a premium subscription.
Subscription Features
Premium Subscriptions enables access to enhanced functionality across Sharpen for an active user account. Features of the Premium Subcription include access to the Learning Library ("Learning Library"), removing all limitations on the number of prompts that can be saved ("Unlimited Prompt Saving"), and access to a session countdown timer. In the future, we might add or remove features, or change aspects of a Premium Subscription.

If you subscribe to Sharpen, you’ll get extra features and access to the Learning Library.
Lesson Tokens
Premium Subscriptions are granted 6 tokens ("Lesson Tokens") at the beginning of a new Premium Subscription, and each month thereafter of an active Premium Subscription, to unlock access to educational materials from the Learning Library. Lesson Tokens are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and have no cash value.
Accessing Premium Content.
You are able to unlock access to more premium lessons every month when your subscription renews.
Learning Materials
Some Premium Subscriptions enable access to the Learning Library, a section of the Site containing premium educational materials and resources. Access to these materials is limited by the amount of Lesson Tokens a Premium Subscription has at a given time. Lesson Tokens are issued with new account subscriptions, and on a monthly basis thereafter for for active Premium Subscriptions. We make no guarantee to the accuracy, access, or utility of the materials in the Learning Library.

We make it easy to find and access educational materials as part of a subscription.
Unlocked Lessons
If you cancel your subscription after having unlocked materials from the Learning Library, your materials will remain accessible for download from that user account. Additionally, any materials you have downloaded from the Learning Library can continue to be used after your cancellation.

If you unlock a lesson, it’s really yours. We’ll make it easy to access, even if you cancel your subscription.
Cancellations
If you have a Premium Subscription, you are entitled to cancel your Premium Subscription at any time. If you cancel your Premium Subscription, certain features unlocked by that Premium Subscription will revert immediately to the functionality available without a Premium Subscription, including permanently deleting any saved prompts that are older than the 100th saved prompt in a user account, and immeidately forfeiting any unused Lesson Tokens at the time of cancellation.
So basically...
If you cancel your subscription, your subscriber-only features will immediately revert to non-subscriber features.
Refunds
New Premium Subscriptions can request a refund within 14 days of the first transaction. Refunds are pro-rated based on usage of Lesson Tokens. If a Premium Subscription has used all Lesson Tokens granted with the first transaction, a Refund may not be granted. If you’d like a refund on your subscription, please email team@sharpen.design for assistance.

If you accidentally subscribe, or want to unsubscribe, just email us and we’ll sort things out.
Limitations
Your subscription is nontransferable. You are not permitted to allow other people to log into your account to access materials in the Learning Library, or to use access premium content donwloaded through your Premium Subscription. We reserve the right to issue warnings and close accounts that are found to be in violation of any part of this policy, or any other policy on Sharpen.
